We specialise in developing bespoke factory planning and production software for multinational food manufacturers. Our solutions fulfil the specific needs of a business that are labour intensive, produces a large number of (relatively) low cost SKUs, in high volumes, for a number of different customers. We fill the gap between adhoc spreadsheet solutions and catchall large solution providers. Our software interfaces with a large number of systems (from ERP systems to label printers) and is highly configurable; without need for program change or data export and manipulation.

Trotmansoftware's latest product  Paperless RGP is a system designed to reduce the need for paper reports within the factory. It captures data from Paperless RGP's electronic report application  DERA and from various Planning and Manufacturing Systems. This 'Real Time' data can then be used to make 'Real Time' management decisions. Collected data is displayed in real time via Gantt,Schedule and other Graphical Views (traditional report tools are also available). In the medium tolong term the data is available for historical analysis. This could be used for tasks such as Product Traceability or for determining Production Efficiencies.
